As you fall to peices, I watch the scene unfold.
Your pain I feel like ice cold steel, of levels yet untold.
Off in the distance, you break apart, a gap so hard to fill,
I fight my way wave after wave, a test of every skill.
I teem with rage, your every scream, my empty heart is filled,
And as I fight to end your plight, these demons' blood is spilled.
And as I slay the final beast, your hand grasps out for mine,
But you disolve, your pain absolved, and I'm left beaten and blind.
I journey on to find the thing that dare steal you from me,
and take you to that wich- I knew- was the wrong place to be.
A spirit cold as ice itself, and in the deepest sea,
a world so black; I'd not come back, until I'd made you free.
So as I trek through lands unknown, to battle for your life,
more dark beasts, minions of Hell, they all must taste my knife.
Labrynthian forrests, winding trails, devices made to dishearten,
but no such maze, could ever daze, this love that I'd begotten.
I find the lair of the beast, and climb it's highest spire,
And draw my blades, and deal in spades, a blow as feirce as fire.
And battle rages, long and hard, but victory soon is mine,
the darkest beast, no more to feast: his blood as red as wine.
And in this battle, I do find, that my love for you grants power,
and through the gauntlet of these trials, I saved my wilting flower.
Life's a road with many turns,
to make it through you first get burns,
cuts and scratches, thrusts of steel,
but through the pains true life yo feel.
